Coming from a background in political science, sustainable development, environmental economics, and having a strong interest in how to initiate change towards sustainability on a local level, I discovered System Dynamics as a tool to do just that and thus joined the European Master in System Dynamics. Seeking ways to turn theory into practice throughout my studies, I engaged in a variety of projects over the last years, e.g. on sustainable tourism and rural development in Costa Rica with an explicitly holistic Systems approach. Furthermore, before joining Loops, I worked with a global non-profit aid-agency on programs related to micro finance and women´s rights and empowerment in Africa and South America.
