David Collste

With my eagerness to understand and make sense of the world around us in order to change it to the better, I found System Dynamics a particularly rewarding tool. I was introduced to System Dynamics by Prof. John Richardson at the National University of Singapore.

Before joining Loops I have been working with the Millennium Institute developing a model for assessing national attainment of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In 2013 I was working at the European Union Delegation to the United Nations in New York. I have further worked in associated negotiation processes at the United Nations as the Swedish government’s Youth Delegate and through the official Children and Youth constituency. My work experiences also include the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, Sida, the Swedish National Agency for Higher Education, Education First (EF) and SECO Innovations (business developer).

I have BA in Political Science with Economics as Major from Uppsala University and am concluding my European Master in System Dynamics.
